4. Local Storage

Applicant profiles, selected profile information, settings, and related extension data are primarily stored locally using Chrome's extension storage.

Locally stored information remains on the user's browser profile until the user edits or deletes it, clears browser data, removes the extension, or resets Chrome storage.

5. AI and OCR Processing

AI and OCR processing occurs only when the user actively selects a supported PDF or image and starts the import process.

Information necessary to perform AI-assisted extraction may be transmitted securely to an AI processing service. Extracted results are provided to the user for review before saving or using them.

Users should verify all AI- or OCR-generated information before submitting any job application because automated extraction may contain errors.
