1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing this website, installing or using an APP POKA product, creating an account, requesting a subscription, or contacting support, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service or product.

2. About APP POKA

APP POKA – Automation develops independent productivity software, including Chrome extensions and Android applications. The website at https://apppoka.xyz/ is the official product directory and policy location.

3. Eligibility and User Responsibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and must use the products only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for reviewing all information before submitting forms, encrypting documents, exporting reports, making payments, or relying on automated output.

4. Registration, Accounts and Device Binding

• You must provide accurate registration and payment-verification information.
• You are responsible for keeping your device, mobile number, restore code and account access secure.
• Some products may support one active device per registered mobile number.
• Restore codes may be single-use and may deactivate a previously linked device.
• We may reject, suspend or review registrations that appear inaccurate, duplicated, abusive or fraudulent.

5. Product Licenses

Unless clearly stated otherwise, APP POKA grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for its intended purpose. The product is licensed, not sold.

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, copy, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, remove branding, or use the product to create a competing service except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

6. Free Trials and Premium Subscriptions

• Trial duration, Premium duration, pricing and features are shown in the relevant product or payment interface.
• Trial or Premium access may be linked to a user and device.
• Premium access starts only after successful verification and activation.
• Expiry dates are calculated according to the approved subscription period.
• Features, limits and package availability may change for future purchases, but active access will be handled according to the terms shown when approved, subject to security and legal requirements.

7. Payments, Verification and Refunds

Payments may be verified manually using the payment method, payment mobile number, transaction ID and amount submitted by the user. Never provide a banking password, mobile financial service PIN, card PIN or one-time password.

Incorrect, duplicate, unverifiable or fraudulent payment requests may be rejected. Any refund request will be reviewed according to the nature of the digital product, whether access was activated or used, payment-provider limitations and applicable law. Unless required by law or expressly approved by APP POKA, activated digital subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not use the website or products to:

• Violate any law, regulation, platform rule or third-party right.
• Submit false, misleading, unauthorized or fraudulent information.
• Interfere with websites, servers, security systems or other users.
• Distribute malware, automate abuse, scrape restricted data or overload a service.
• Bypass subscription, device, licensing, payment or security controls.
• Use the products in a way that could damage APP POKA or a third-party service.

9. User Data and Privacy

Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality and authorization of information you enter, import, collect, store or export through a product.

You should maintain your own backups of important profiles, reports and records. APP POKA is not a permanent document-storage service unless a feature explicitly states otherwise.

10. Third-Party Websites and Services

Products may interact with or link to Chrome Web Store, Google Play, WhatsApp, YouTube, payment services, official e-GP pages, Teletalk pages or other third-party services. Those services have independent terms, policies, availability and security controls. APP POKA does not control them and cannot guarantee their continued compatibility.

11. Product Updates and Availability

We may release fixes, security updates, interface improvements or compatibility changes. A product may temporarily become unavailable because of maintenance, network problems, browser or Android updates, third-party website changes, policy requirements, security concerns or events beyond our reasonable control.

12. Support

Support is provided through the official contact methods shown on the website or within a product. Response time may vary. Support does not include guaranteeing approval of a tender, job application, payment, store review or any action controlled by a third party.

13. Intellectual Property

The APP POKA name, branding, website design, software, source code, documentation, graphics and original content are owned by APP POKA or used with permission. Third-party names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Disclaimers

The website and products are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, compatibility with every website or device, or a particular business, application, tender, search-ranking or approval result.

Product descriptions are informational and do not constitute legal, financial, procurement or professional advice.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, APP POKA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, missed deadlines, rejected submissions, corrupted data, third-party service changes, or unauthorized use resulting from failure to secure a device or account.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Suspension and Termination
